This event is open to the public. Admission ($10 adults; $7 Seniors/Students) includes the lecture as well as a tour of the TR Site. Members of the TR Site enjoy free admission to the speakers series.

In addition to topics relating to Theodore Roosevelt's 1901 inauguration in Buffalo, the Speakers Series considers issues that were important during TR's lifetime and continue to be relevant today.


WEDNESDAY October 28 - "History of Buffalo's First Ward" presented by Tim Bohen, author of Against the Grain: The History of Buffalo's First Ward.

November 24 - "Urban Segregation: A Global Perspective on a Local Issue" presented by Dr. Carl Nightingale, professor of Transnational Studies and American Studies, University of Buffalo.
